Epiphone FT-570 BL Sheraton Jumbo Acoustic Guitar. This sort after made in Japan circa 1970’s guitar is both desirable and collectible . It’s in great condition with just a few minor marks. The frets are in great shape and it is nicely set up. it sounds great and is an absolute joy to play.

The Epiphone FT-570 BL (often referred to as the Sheraton Jumbo) is a highly regarded vintage acoustic guitar manufactured in Japan during the 1970s. “BL” stands for “Blonde,” featuring an eye-catching maple and spruce super-jumbo design.

Key Features

Design & Shape: A “super-jumbo” square-shoulder body that mirrors the famous Gibson J-200, known for its deep, booming projection and tone.

Materials: Generally constructed with a spruce top and a highly figured maple or birch back and sides.
Era & Origin: These models were built in Japan between roughly 1970 and 1979.
Playability: Features a 17-inch wide body and a nut width often around \(1 \frac{13}{16}\) inches, which is slightly wider than standard electric guitars, making it ideal for fingerpicking.
